Reasons that got me into design because I like:
1) working with pretty and neat things
2) simplifying complicated concepts into digestible materials
3) there is an never-ending world to explore
But why UI/UX?
I like UX in particular because the UX execution solves users’ need and problem more directly than other design disciplines. I also believes that good design should first fulfill this requirement.
I started my UI/UX journey pretty late in my career, but heck, better late than never💎💎💎! I am also a youtube-learner, that I believe you can learn EVERYTHING if they are available on youtube! (except for math & science for me tho haha)
I called myself marie-kondo in terms of organizing assets, files and folders, it just sparks joy ✨
My MBTI is INFJ, I could be the extroverted person in a room full of introverts. I like meet new people and trying new things, but I get shy sometimes and I need some time walk out of my comfort bubble.
I am a Hongkonger 🇭🇰 that currently lives in Los Angeles, California. I am a native Cantonese speaker and a language learning lover. I speak very little Portuguese and Spanish. My next goal is to learn Japanese all by myself!
